Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all Export and Import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to schedule shipments and clear cargo efficiently.
- Serve as the main liaison with clients, providing timely updates on shipment status and resolving any logistical inquiries or issues.
- Monitor shipping costs and negotiate favorable rates with logistics providers to optimize the company's budget.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, inventory movements, and delivery reports within the SAP system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and organize inventory levels and ensure stock availability for production and distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, export/import operations, or freight forwarding.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding procedures, and customs regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with international clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CIPS or IATA) is an added advantage.
