Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring 100% accuracy and implementing stock control measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate closely with production and sales departments to align logistics with business needs.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Conduct regular audits and report on warehouse performance and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar warehouse supervisor role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, freight forwarding, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
