Join our leading freight forwarding company as a Logistics Customer Service Executive and become an integral part of the dynamic logistics industry. We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage customer inquiries, ensure smooth shipment processes, and maintain strong client relationships in our East Region office located at Airport Changi Cargo.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to $3,000 per month plus attractive allowances. You will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm in a fast-paced environment where your contribution directly impacts our clients' satisfaction and our company's success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and logistics solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipments, and logistics documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Process shipping documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
- Fluent in English with additional language skills being an advantage
