Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
- Maintain accurate digital records of shipments using company software and computer systems.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff to streamline loading processes.
- Assist in physical warehouse tasks, including lifting and organizing inventory as required.
- Monitor logistics traffic and provide real-time updates to management regarding shipment status.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with safety protocols and company standards.
- Resolve minor operational discrepancies or delays during the dispatch process.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting and movement of goods.
- Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with MS Office or warehouse management software is a plus).
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
