Tanggung Jawab
- Operate ground handling equipment, including baggage tugs and dollies, to transport cargo and luggage safely.
- Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft, ensuring weight and balance compliance.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the ramp and aircraft holds.
- Assist in aircraft turnaround operations to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Adhere to strict safety, security, and operational protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, ground operations, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure all documentation related to cargo and baggage is accurate and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50kg) and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including rain and high temperatures.
- Basic English proficiency (Malay language is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
