Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate seamlessly with local and international suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and order accuracy.
- Manage the procurement and purchasing lifecycle of industrial products and engineering materials.
- Analyze logistics and supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and provide regular status updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery logs.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure sourced products meet quality specifications.
- Address and resolve supplier disputes, shipping delays, and product quality issues in a professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related engineering course.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Basic understanding of supply chain management, purchasing, and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for supplier negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
