Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily logistics operations including inventory control and distribution planning
- Provide exceptional customer support for contract manufacturing clients and export partners
- Coordinate scheduling and routing for shipping/delivery operations
- Oversee export documentation compliance and customs clearance procedures
- Monitor KPIs for delivery accuracy, on-time performance, and cost efficiency
- Liaise with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in logistics workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and international shipping regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP/WMS) and MS Office suite
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
