Coim Group, a leading manufacturer in the chemical industry, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Executive to manage our export operations from Jurong Island. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key liaison between Sales, Customers, Production, and Quality Control teams to guarantee timely and accurate processing of export orders. Your expertise will ensure that our products reach global markets efficiently and in full compliance with international standards.
As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating shipment schedules, preparing export documentation, and monitoring inventory levels to align with production plans. You will also negotiate with freight forwarders, track shipments, and resolve any logistical challenges that arise. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively across departments will be essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate export order processing with Sales, Production, and Quality Control teams
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists) for international shipments
- Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure competitive rates and ensure timely shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse to ensure stock availability for export orders
- Resolve logistics issues such as delays, discrepancies, or customs clearance problems
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with customer service to provide shipment updates and resolve customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in export or chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
