About the Opportunity
StaffKing Pte Ltd is proud to represent a leading logistics firm located in the heart of Boon Lay. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join their expanding team. This stable full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 am – 6:00 pm) and an attractive salary package of SGD $3,000 – $3,500 per month.
In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities. You will ensure the seamless movement of goods, optimize operational costs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as bills of lading and invoices.
- Resolve logistical issues and discrepancies promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Optimize shipping routes and costs while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Singaporean, PR, or valid work pass holders are welcome to apply.
