Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments (local and international)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements across distribution channels
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs declarations, certificates)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays through proactive problem-solving
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with local/international shipping regulations and safety standards
- Liaise with internal departments (production, sales) to align logistics with business needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP systems, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven problem-solving abilities in logistics disruptions and delays
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Clean driving license and willingness for occasional local travel
