Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to streamline operational workflows.
- Maintain precise digital and physical records of all transport documentation, including delivery orders and invoices.
- Optimize route planning to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor vehicle performance and schedule regular maintenance as required.
- Handle logistical discrepancies or delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety standards and local transport regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transport, or fleet management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (added advantage).
