Finbond Heavy Machinery, a leader in heavy equipment solutions, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate logistics operations from planning through execution, ensuring cost-effective and efficient delivery processes that drive our business forward.
As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for managing supply chain workflows, optimizing transportation routes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and carriers. Your strategic approach will contribute to minimizing costs while maximizing service levels, aligning with our commitment to operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will analyze logistics data to identify improvements and implement best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms.
- Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the logistics function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and customer service to streamline operations.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in heavy machinery or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage.
