Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and local authorities to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Quality) to align logistics activities with production schedules and customer demands.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all Singapore trade regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare logistics performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system for logistics modules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, Letter of Credit, and international shipping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
