As a Logistics Executive, you will ensure seamless import/export operations, coordinate with international freight forwarders, and optimize our inventory management processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end global supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping and customs documentation (such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List) in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Liaise closely with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Support the internal sales and procurement teams by providing accurate shipping schedules, freight quotes, and real-time order status updates.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock reconciliation and reporting.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies, shipment delays, and transit issues proactively to minimize business disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export administration.
- Strong understanding of shipping incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and trade regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems is highly advantageous.
- Proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
