Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain efficiency? Malayan Flour Mills is seeking a dedicated Logistics Executive to join our team in Lumut, Perak. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the seamless operation of our poultry feed distribution network, ensuring that our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition.
As our Logistics Executive, you will manage end-to-end delivery workflows, liaising between production, transport teams, and our clientele. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and optimizing delivery schedules to support the growth and operational excellence of one of Malaysia’s leading flour and feed manufacturers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor daily poultry feed delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal production teams and external transport vendors to optimize truck utilization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and transport manifests.
- Monitor delivery status in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve logistics-related issues such as route delays, stock discrepancies, or delivery vehicle breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and transport regulations during the loading and delivery process.
- Compile regular logistics reports regarding delivery performance and transport costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination, transport management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to be based in Lumut, Perak.
