As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of logistics activities, ranging from inventory control and warehouse coordination to transportation management and vendor relations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including import/export documentation and customs clearance.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders to monitor shipment status and delivery timelines.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies and shipping issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare regular logistics reports and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and international shipping standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP software systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and local transport procedures in Singapore.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
