Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation coordination
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor inventory levels and implement control systems to prevent stock discrepancies
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate transportation contracts
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and KPI optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company logistics policies
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations management
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Experience in manufacturing industry highly desirable
