Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for utility-scale solar projects, including procurement, transportation, and warehousing
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of solar components and equipment
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain efficient stock levels and minimize holding costs
- Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with project timelines and budget constraints
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in logistics operations
- Collaborate with project teams to align logistics activities with construction schedules
- Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and inventory control software
- Experience with renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing logistics preferred
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple project deadlines
