In this role, you will play a crucial part in our day-to-day operations by managing essential data processing tasks specific to the logistics field. You will be responsible for searching, analyzing, and auditing input data to ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance. Furthermore, you will handle reporting management duties that provide visibility into our operational performance.
As the face of our data operations, you will also be managing professional email communications, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that information flows smoothly across departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute data processing workflows related to logistics, including searching, analyzing, and auditing input data.
- Manage and oversee reporting management systems to generate accurate and timely performance reports.
- Handle professional email communication to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding logistic operations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and ensure all logistic records are up-to-date and correct.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify process improvements and optimize data handling procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of logistic-related documentation and compliance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data processing, analysis, or auditing within the logistics or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy standards.
