Join our dynamic IT company as a Logistics Executive and become a vital part of our supply chain operations. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of $2,500-$2,600 plus a yearly bonus, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM at our Kaki Bukit location. You'll manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely deliveries, and seamless coordination between suppliers and clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and optimize daily logistics operations including transportation, inventory management, and distribution
- Monitor shipment tracking systems and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation including invoices, customs forms, and inventory reports
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and implement efficiency measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or operations role
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Singapore logistics regulations and customs procedures
