Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule machinery deliveries and spare parts collections to ensure timely arrival at job sites.
- Manage transportation logistics, including selecting reliable carriers and tracking shipments in real-time.
- Liaise with internal sales and service teams to understand logistical requirements and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing deliveries, inventory levels, and delivery manifests.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all transportation and handling processes.
- Process logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs paperwork where applicable.
- Provide operational support for rental equipment, ensuring all logistical needs are met for customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in logistics, transport, or manufacturing support.
- Strong knowledge of local transport routes and logistics operations within Johor.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
