Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile daily inventory levels to ensure 100% stock accuracy across the warehouse.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to manage stock replenishment cycles and prevent overstock or stock-out scenarios.
- Conduct regular physical stock takes and cyclic counts to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to generate accurate reports and track inventory movement trends.
- Oversee the documentation process for all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and optimize logistical workflows.
- Prepare regular inventory performance analysis reports for management review to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements within a manufacturing and logistics setting.
