- Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of beauty products
- Track and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability
- Assist in logistics planning and optimization of supply chain processes
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
