Join Grandsun's dynamic logistics team as a Logistics Export Staff and play a pivotal role in our global supply chain operations. Based in Malvar, Batangas, you'll be responsible for coordinating and monitoring export shipments to ensure seamless, timely delivery of goods to international clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end export shipment processes from order to delivery
- Prepare and manage essential export documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international partners
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays proactively
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export control laws
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation databases
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to align export schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping
- Proficiency in export documentation procedures and customs regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade standards
