Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational efficiency? We are currently seeking a proactive Logistics & Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Banting, Selangor. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain and fleet operations, ensuring that our deliveries are executed seamlessly and our fleet remains fully compliant with regulatory standards.
As our Logistics & Fleet Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day transportation schedules, monitor vehicle maintenance cycles, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery performance. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills to navigate the challenges of daily logistics. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and optimize daily delivery schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for the company vehicle fleet.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles are fully compliant with transport regulations, road tax, insurance, and safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs for fuel consumption, driver performance, and vehicle mileage.
- Liaise with workshops, vendors, and delivery personnel to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular logistics reports for management regarding fleet uptime and delivery costs.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for all fleet operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian transport regulations and vehicle compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with drivers and external vendors.
- High level of integrity, organized, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be based in Banting, Selangor.
