Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily fleet deployment and allocation for construction projects across West Region
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage vendor relationships for repairs/services
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean transport regulations and industry safety standards
- Optimize logistics operations through route planning and inventory management
- Prepare compliance reports and performance metrics for senior management
- Manage fleet procurement, disposal, and asset lifecycle documentation
- Liaise with project teams to align logistics requirements with operational timelines
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of fleet management or logistics coordination experience
- Proven knowledge of Singaporean transport regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in fleet management software (e.g., Fleetio, Chevin)
- Experience in construction or heavy equipment logistics preferred
- Valid Singaporean driver's license and clean driving record
