Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, and Customs declarations.
- Support the logistics team in coordinating domestic and international freight movements.
- Communicate professionally with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure timely updates on shipment status.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data accuracy for supply chain tracking.
- Assist in resolving operational discrepancies related to cargo handling and transport.
- Participate in daily operational briefings to understand current workflow priorities and bottlenecks.
- Help in managing administrative tasks within the freight forwarding department to ensure efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the freight forwarding and maritime logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new software and operational processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
