Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling
- Monitor warehouse workflows to ensure efficient order fulfillment and stock accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks
- Implement and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Generate and analyze logistics performance reports for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs during handling
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics coordination or customer service roles
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of FMCG industry logistics and food safety standards is advantageous
