We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Handling Operations Operator to join our expanding operations in Manila City, Metro Manila. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our warehouse and distribution network. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping of products to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and data integrity in the WMS.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, quality issues, and discrepancies against documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to 5S principles and safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to update inventory records in real-time.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse layout, streamline workflows, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations role.
- Familiarity with operating material handling equipment (e.g., Counterbalance Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker) is highly preferred. Willing to undergo training and certification.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and moving heavy loads (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required to meet operational demands.
