Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in logistics with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in transportation management, fleet operations, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and optimize performance
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience in team development and conflict resolution
