This role is designed for ambitious students or fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced logistics team to support daily operations, inventory management, and administrative workflows. You will gain exposure to real-world supply chain challenges and develop professional skills that will set you apart in the job market. Join our team for a 3 to 6-month journey where your contributions directly impact our operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and support real-time stock level updates in the management system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of shipping documents and delivery notes.
- Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and administrative documentation.
- Support the team in troubleshooting shipping discrepancies or documentation errors.
- Help maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on logistics flow and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Able to commit to an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
