Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the logistics and supply chain department.
- Monitor and update inventory records and stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including packing lists and invoices.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct research on supply chain trends and assist in reporting.
- Support the logistics team with general administrative tasks and data entry.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic logistics concepts and supply chain terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid student ID or proof of enrollment.
