Tanggung Jawab
- Support coordination of inbound/outbound logistics activities including shipment tracking and documentation
- Assist in inventory management through cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock optimization
- Collaborate with suppliers on delivery schedules and resolve transportation delays
- Prepare logistics reports on KPIs including delivery performance and inventory turnover
- Participate in warehouse layout improvements and process standardization
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Support cross-functional projects between procurement, production, and distribution teams
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles or ERP systems
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Proactive problem-solving approach with adaptability to changing priorities
