Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and rigorous reconciliation processes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize storage space utilization and material flow to reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the facility.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports and KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of logistics best practices, inventory optimization, and distribution network management.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing warehouse teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
