Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive lectures on supply chain management, transportation systems, warehousing, and international trade practices.
- Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Mentor and guide diploma students to ensure academic success and career readiness.
- Conduct practical workshops and laboratory sessions to enhance students' practical understanding of logistics operations.
- Grade assignments, examinations, and projects in a timely and constructive manner, providing detailed feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in logistics to keep the curriculum relevant.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and staff development activities.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience teaching diploma-level students (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
- Strong understanding of logistics principles, international trade regulations, and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students of diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
