We are seeking a talented and experienced Logistics Load Planner to join our team at Business Support Outsourcing, Inc. This fully remote position is open to candidates based in Metro Manila, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the efficiency of our logistics operations.
As a Logistics Load Planner, your primary focus will be on maximizing fleet utilization through strategic sourcing and securing of backhaul loads. You will play a critical role in coordinating operations, managing client expectations, and driving overall profitability. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to reduce empty miles, optimize routes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key aspects of the role include analyzing load data, building strong relationships with carriers and clients, and negotiating competitive rates. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of transportation plans and resolve any issues that arise. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.

- Source and secure backhaul loads to maximize fleet utilization and reduce empty miles.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor load performance and track key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, contracts, and customer communications.
- Analyze market trends and negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare reports on fleet utilization, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics load planning, freight brokerage, or fleet management.
- Strong understanding of backhaul strategies and fleet optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and carriers.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine logistics and transportation regulations is a plus.
