- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inventory control, warehousing, and transportation networks
- Manage and optimize third-party logistics partnerships to ensure service levels and cost efficiency
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance supply chain performance and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities across departments
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous process optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehousing operations, and transportation networks
- Proven track record in managing third-party logistics partnerships and vendor relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on cost optimization
- Leadership experience with ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
