- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timelines
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate service contracts
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations and transportation networks
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company quality standards
- Analyze logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics operations with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Experience in medical device or high-tech manufacturing preferred
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent qualification
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in process optimization
