- Develop and execute end-to-end logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Oversee inventory control, warehousing operations, and transportation networks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with logistics partners
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement data-driven improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong expertise in inventory control, distribution, and transportation management
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization and cost reduction
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
