Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to support large-scale project operations.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and local vendors to ensure seamless transport and supply chain integration.
- Monitor inventory levels, shipment tracking, and warehouse activities to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, ensuring all safety and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Optimize distribution routes and freight management systems to reduce costs and minimize lead times.
- Manage end-to-end documentation for international customs, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within an international consultancy or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization, inventory control, and transport management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in diverse settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP/Logistics management software.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian customs regulations and international trade compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
