Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of logistics staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Knowledge of Philippine logistics regulations and freight forwarding processes.
