Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations and coordinate the supply chain workflow to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage a fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment, including scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving strategies to ensure budget adherence.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and route planning to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce travel time.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, local regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
- Train and supervise logistics staff to maintain high operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics and equipment management.
- Proven experience working within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and logistics planning tools.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to perform field inspections and site visits.
