Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end delivery operations including route planning, fleet management, and driver scheduling
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of safety and performance excellence
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with suppliers and distribution centers to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage logistics budget and cost control initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management with focus on distribution operations
- Proven track record of managing delivery teams and optimizing logistics networks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and metrics
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS/WMS) and route optimization tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
