- Develop and execute fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce operational costs
- Manage leasing contracts, negotiations, and vendor relationships for fleet acquisitions
- Oversee daily fleet operations including maintenance scheduling, driver allocation, and route optimization
- Lead and mentor logistics teams to foster a culture of performance excellence
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align logistics operations with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics operations, or leasing
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving operational improvements
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, leasing contracts, and fleet technologies
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools
