Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all import/export documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with customs regulations
- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Act as Officer in Charge during the Department Manager's absence
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners
- Lead and develop the logistics team through training and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management with import/export focus
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels
