Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of chemical products.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with strict safety and environmental regulations (HSE).
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and order fulfillment processes to minimize lead times.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport vendors to optimize distribution routes and costs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, custom clearances, and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the warehouse/logistics team to foster a culture of efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with procurement and production departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of hazardous material handling and safety compliance protocols.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation skills for managing vendor and logistics partner relationships.
- Professional certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is a distinct advantage.
