The Role:
As our Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for the entire logistics lifecycle. From route optimization and fleet management to inventory accuracy and vendor coordination, you will ensure that our promise of timely delivery is kept. You will work closely with sales, warehouse, and the operations team to ensure seamless workflow. Your day-to-day will involve orchestrating the movement of goods across multiple channels. You will analyze delivery routes for cost-effectiveness, manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts, and maintain strict compliance with safety standards. You will act as the central point of contact for our transport partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring every shipment is tracked and accounted for. We need a leader who can motivate the team and a problem-solver who can handle the inevitable hiccups in the supply chain with grace and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and transit times.
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all logistics activities.
- Prepare and manage logistics documentation (e.g., delivery receipts, permits, invoices).
- Supervise, train, and evaluate logistics staff and drivers to maintain high performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role.
- Proven experience in fleet management and route planning is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in San Fernando, Pampanga.
- Knowledge of Philippine logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
