Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily logistics operations, including inventory tracking, warehousing, and material distribution.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of engineering components and supplies.
- Maintain accurate logs and records using company management software to ensure operational transparency.
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular audits to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist in the optimization of shipping routes and logistics processes to reduce lead times.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards within the warehouse and transport areas.
- Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance and identifying areas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to team goals.
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing or engineering-focused environment.
