Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including transport planning, warehousing, and distribution.
- Select and vet suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with logistics providers and vendors to optimize supply chain performance.
- Generate and analyze logistics reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and expedite shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role within the manufacturing or shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of local transport modes, shipping regulations, and import/export procedures in the Philippines.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required by the job function.
