Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations to ensure seamless product distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with internal production units and external transport vendors to optimize delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and warehouse storage guidelines.
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, including delivery orders and invoices.
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in resolving logistical challenges or delivery delays promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle dynamic operational shifts.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
